SPAM harassment by email, in any form, is strictly prohibited.
Sending unsolicited mail messages, including the sending of "junk mail" or other advertising material to individuals who did not specifically request such material ("e-mail spam"). Customers are explicitly prohibited from sending unsolicited bulk mail messages. This includes, but is not limited to, bulk-mailing of commercial advertising, informational announcements, and political tracts. Such material may only be sent to those who have explicitly requested it. If a recipient asks to stop receiving e-mail, the Customer must not send that person any further e-mail. CyberView Ltd will charge £50.00 per hour per employee who must be used to answer complaints generated by "junk mail", parse mail logs to track "junk mail", and any other associated tasks that are generated by such activities.
Any client of CyberView Ltd found to be guilty of such practice can & will be shutdown with no compensation or refund of fees paid.
Creating or forwarding "chain letters" or other "pyramid schemes" of any type is prohibited.
Malicious e-mail, including, but not limited to, "mail bombing" (flooding a user or site with very large or numerous pieces of e-mail) will result in termination of services.
Unauthorized use, or forging of mail header information to hide identity is prohibited.
Use of unsolicited e-mail originating from the CyberView Ltd network or networks of other Internet Service Providers on behalf of, or to advertise any service hosted by CyberView Ltd, or connected via the CyberView Ltd network is prohibited.
Customer agrees to secure open SMTP ports to prohibit mail relaying by third parties. In addition the Customer agrees to conform to the protocols and standards defined in the following Internet documents : RFC1009, RFC1122, RFC1123 and future such protocols and standards as appropriate.
In the event that communications by a Customer do not conform to these standards, or if the customer makes use of the CyberView Ltd network to the detriment of CyberView Ltd or CyberView Ltd customers, CyberView Ltd reserves the right to restrict that Customer's network use until they give a suitable undertaking as to use.
" Spamming" and/or cross-posting irrelevant messages to Usenet newsgroups for the purpose of advertising, proselytising or anything other than the expressed purpose of the newsgroup(s) is prohibited.
Reselling or distribution of CyberView Ltd services is strictly prohibited, and may result in account termination.

Media kit permission

CyberView Ltd Limited grants the media permission to reproduce the photographs, designs, text and trade marks specified below (the "Images") on the following terms and conditions:
(1) You shall reproduce and use the Images only for the purpose of news reporting.
(2) You shall not use the Images in an unlawful manner or in a manner which may damage the reputation of the CyberView Ltd Limited.
(3) You shall not use the Images to promote, supply, offer to supply, import or export any goods or services.
(4) Each trade mark must be accompanied by ®, if that mark is registered, or by TM if that mark is not registered.
(5) CyberView Ltd may, by withdrawing an Image from this page, terminate this permission in respect of that Image with immediate effect.
(6) You shall indemnify CyberView Ltd for any losses or damage it incurs as a result of your use of the Images, otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions. CyberView Ltd reserves all its rights.
